Notes

First try with this much malts. Rince equal to estimated boiloff. Make pre-boil vol to 65 liters. 24.01.15. OG var på 1.062. Vi hadde 23 graders gjæring på i 4 dager, deretter 25 i 3 dager. Gjæring ferdig etter 7 dager FG på 1.010. Vi fikk totalt 77 0,5 flasker på dette. Byttet ut 565 med 550 55 liter vann på innmesk (reduser til 45) OG: 1.053 34G under stormgjæring!! 1 døgn. 25G resten av gjærtid
