Taste Notes

4/25/14 Sampled and shared with friend at 2 weeks after Bottling and the Aroma was strong of Bananas, Floral and Spice with just a hint of Yeastyness and Corriander. The mouthfeel was slightly heavy with a flavor of a nice mild ballanced hoppiness and a sweet taste but not too strong. Carbination was still very light so not much head or lacing. This reminds me very much of a Chimay White Label Triple. I am excited to give this one a taste in another week.

Notes

This beer would do good to replace some LME with Honey. Hmmmm Interesting, I have to try that.
