Taste Notes

Notes

Brewed 4/27/2014. Final wort SG was 1.074 @ 76 F and about .010 lower than expected. Color was good and Dark. I added a second yeast, WLP500 Trappist to help in what I thought was going to be a higher Gravity but the Fruityness of the 500 might really enhance the flavor as the 530 gets that SG down. Steeped Grains for 20 Min at 150 F before starting Boil of 30 Minutes.
