Taste Notes

A favorite of my pool league buddies. Brew early! Taste is a little raw at 30 days but mellows beautifully. Best after 4-6 months

Notes

Use 2 vanilla beans if small, cut lengthwise, opened up and sectioned. Use quality bourbon. I use Elijah Craig Soak wood chips (in open hop sock) in bourbon for 15 minutes, then pour bourbon into secondary. Transfer beer, then add vanilla to hop sock, tie and suspend in secondary with fishing line.
