Notes

American style - English malt - thus the name "Atlantic crossing" after the legendary album by Rod Stewart. Google it for a nice label. Mash Got a little low on preboil OG - Added 100g DME before cooking to compensate. Lots of hops in cooking - several litres missed because of that . Tasted wort after cooking and chilling - lots of hops but otherwise quite plain taste... Nice amber colour Good fermentation started within 12 hours. -- Transfered to secondary fermentation after 9 days - 2014-04-01 21 Liters -- Bottled 2014-04-17 Lot's of bottles :-) Primed with 130 g sugar Stored indoor around 20 C -- It needed two full weeks to reach good carbonation. I really like this beer now. Quite clean and dry hopiness.
