60oz. of pumpkin. Spread over baking sheet, bake at 250-325 for 30-45 min - until starts to brown. Use McCormicks pumpkin pie spice. Mash 4 gallons Sparge Maple Sugar...GET IT! Gravity on 10/12 1.22
