Notes

-Gravity reading @1.015 7 days in primary. -Dry hopped on 8th day in primary. -Gravity @1.015 10 days in primary. -Lowered temp to 36* afters 11 days in primary. -Final gravity 1.014 @ 68.4% attenuation. -Possibly under pitched causing the higher fg or potential extract of pecan rice is off. -Bottled on April 06.
