Taste Notes

This is an absolutely fantastic beer. Strong but deeply drinkable. Fairly high FG and the malt balances beautifully with the strong but pleasant bitterness. Citrus notes from the hops and from the passion fruit, but the passion fruit is very much in the background. Tried the first bottle on 2014-04-10 and basically downed the bottle, it's so quaffable and amazing. I feel great. I should make this again.

Notes

Efficiency still not great. Possible causes: 1. Not enough water in mash. Apparently 3.1-4.1 l/kg is best 2. No mash out 3. Sparged too quickly 4. Bad mash ph. Maybe need to make darker beers and see what efficiency we get? Racked to secondary and added a few passion fruits on 2014-03-15
