Notes

Brewed March 20 Everything went super well. Mashed at 152 right on the money. Used spring water from the store. OG - 1.065 On March 24, added 1 oz. Citra dry hops. Beer tastes really great. Smooth and maybe a bit hot. Hopefully nothing wrong. If so, we'll try again. FG - 1.008 (March 29) ABV - 7.5%
