Notes

Brewed 4/13/14: OG about 1.056, possibly low mash temp or wheat malt contributed to lower efficiency. Active airlock at 12 hours. Moved ferm to garage after 3.5 days, temp should rise based on weather. 5 days primary: SG 1.010 FG 1.006 Kegged after two weeks and bulk conditioned in basement for 2 weeks.
