Taste Notes
Tasted just before kegging. Little chemical taste with minimal hop flavor. Cold crashing now and will try again at kegging time.Notes
Mashed at 153, cooled to 145 raised temp back to 152, 149 at sparge. Because of cold outside sparge heated to 175, temp drop during transfer to ~170. Got 5.5 gallons at 68-70F, Pure oxygen for 20 seconds. Pitch California Ale third generation. This was the same yeast used to ferment this beer last time.
