Crazy day, tough to brew with a tv camera crew.
Forgot to add whirfloc, timing of hop additions was off and mash temps were lower than expected.
However I think extract efficiency was still fine and final beer doesn't seem to be far off from the goal.
Tincture of avocado, sage, lemon zest and thyme added to taste at kegging - 4oz.
Only 50% of wort inccoculated with Saison strain, other 50% innoculated with Belgian Wit yeast. Fermentation profile was a little too warm for that half of the beer and is a little too phenolic though tastes pretty good with about 1ml of tincture per pint of beer.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
