Notes

Brewed 3/14/14, pitched at 3 PM. OG 1.063. Just over 5 gal in fermenter. 3/18/14: sample, SG 1.020, coffee aroma present. Very nice. Crashed after 10 days. Racked to keg on day 14. Aroma is cocoa/coffee. Full bodied, sweet and roasty finish. Very happy with this beer. 10/19/17: OG 1.062, 4.5 gallons in fermenter, pitched at 10 pm.Fermentation active by 7 am next morning. Checked 10/26/17: stalled at 1.030? Warmed and wrapped fermenter. Checked 10/28..
