Taste Notes

1 week after carbing this clone, my wife did a blind taste test on me with the commercial product and my beer. So blindfolded I sat and tasted each one. After going back and forth a couple times, I thought what I had picked as the commercial product was in fact the clone I made. Things I am not happy with is the SRM and the cloudy nature of my clone. I did use geletin as I have been using sucessfully for over 6 months. I adjusted serving temp and CO2 volumes to no avail. I am considering filtering this beer, however, the flavor in my wifes and my opinion is spot on.

Notes

btw, teh Columbus dry hop I did was 1oz not 0.50 oz.
