Notes

Heat 2 gal. to 160F turn off heat steep grains for approx 45mins hold heat at 155F after soaking, dunk grain bag a few times then place in strainer over kettle. pour slowly 170F sparge water over grain (1qt / lb of grain = appr. 2.5qts) allow bag to drip until done add 1 gal of water an heat to boil turn off heat, add DME and LME bring to boil and start hop schedule
