This is a winter strong ale (BeerSmith doesn't have that style listed in the App so next best thing was US Brown Ale
False bottom dis-lodged. Hop bag over the exit of Mash Tun and in bucket to catch grains - ergo, Cement Mixer.
Primary fermentation for 14 days. Cold crashed in primary. 3 days later racked to keg and force carbonated off-line with 30psi at 34dF.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
