Notes

March 2014 With minor changes this is a recipe I got off brewtoad. September 2016: Going to make some water changes and chage out the Galaxy hops for Mosiac 9/14//16: O.G. was not as high as expected and as a rsult the F.G. was higher. Took a gravity today and it was 1.018 calcultaed ABV is 4.3% Smells great. It will be a tasty session pale ale. I think the reason that the OG was low is a bad crush. When I milled the grained I noted that the roller spacing was loose. In retrospect I shgould've adjusted it and recrushed the grains.
