Taste Notes

This was a great clone of Ranger Creek OPA. This will be a beer Ill make over again. I found this very drinkable and would even say it is a good IPA session beer.

Looks great, just thought I'd pass along info straight from the brewery. Ranger Creek shared the grain bill: 77% pale malt, 16% oat malt, 7% C-60. Citra & centennial.

Just Brewed

by rmiranda

I just brewed this yesterday. I upped the grain and hops using beersmith's gravity adjuster tool to get me around 6.3% ABV and 40 IBUs. I also adjusted to grain bill to match Ranger Creek's actual and went with 74.1% pale malt, 18.5% oat malt, and 7.4% C-60. I will update this when I get to taste it, but so far I give this creative brew a 5 out of 5.
