Taste Notes

Wort - Really sweet smooth tea light floral notes Fermented - Smooth light pleaseant mellow beer with suttle floral notes on the back end - Would do again Possibly will add fruit like banana, apricot, white peach or nectarine

Steeping -1.5 Gal Sparkletts Purified Water on flame -Added in Muslim bag 1/4lb Crystal Malt 40L and 1/4lb Honey Malt into water -brought water to 170 deg and removed grains -brought water to a boil and added 7lbs Liquid Wheat Extract -5mins after boil added 1.5 oz Saaz Hops -45 mins after boil added 1.5lbs Mesquite Natural Honey from Trader Joes/ 1 tsp Irish Moss/ 1 tsp Yeast nutrient -60 mins flame out and added last .5 oz Saaz hops Chilling -Used standard wort chiller until wort brought dwn to 90 degrees -Added last 4.25 gallons of Sparkletts water to bring water down to 72 degrees -transfered wort to primary in plastic 5 gallon Fermentor -OG 1.061 -Airated wort and added one tube of White Labs California Ale yeast Primary -left in Primary Fermentor for a total of 6 days at 71 degrees F -tranfered to Secondary Fermentor 5 gallon glass Carboy Secondary - In glass Carboy for a total of 16 days 71 to 72 degrees F - Transfered to priming bucket and bottled with 3.7 oz Corn sugar Sanitization - 5 Star SaniClean solution
