1.After 13 days in fermenter tasted clean. Can tell the higher alchohol. 2.

Notes

1. Sacchrarification: Turned off heat @ 151. went up to 161. next tome take it easy and turn off at 10 deg before. 2. 90min boil evaporated to much water. 3. Dont tilt boiler after whirlpool. Defeats purpose. 4. 58 F to fermenter. 5. high grav 1.074 to fermenter due to only 3.5 g after boil and trub loss to fermenter. Maybe should plan to top off with bottled water. 6. Clean taste after 13 days. FG=1.014
