Notes
I seem to be boiling about 0.75 gallons off at a low rolling boil for 60 minutes. I need to test this better though. I will no longer use the parrallel plate wort chiller for these small batches. I will now use the copper pipe heat exchanger and an ice bath. Also, I think I need to add about an extra quart of sparge water to get the appropriate amount of wort for the boil.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
