Notes
Secondary temperature - 55-60 Degrees.
1/11/15 - I had 0.5 oz of Brewers Gold left over from another beer so I substituted it for the 0.5 oz of East Kent Goldings required at the start of the boil. I stirred the mash after 30 minutes to improve efficiency.
1/3/16 - Pre boil gravity low by 18 points. Not sure why. Added 2 lbs of DME to boil. Boiled 75 minutes. Going to put this beer in the bourbon barrel in 4 weeks when amber ale comes out.
1/27/16 - Went in to bourbon barrel today. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
