Taste Notes
Finished up really well rounded, definite caramel notes from the crystal along with a really smooth bitterness on the finish! Perhaps a tiny bit malty but good mouthfeel....would recommend this as a session beer that everyone will get along with. Much better if served chilled!Notes
Based on what I had left in the cupboard more than anything else....my first all grain recipe that I designed from scratch! After 1 week in the bottle it tastes very balanced but with plenty of space for extra hops if you wanted. Switching out the willamette for something more citrusy/west coast would work really well with the crystal/caramel undertones! This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
