Taste Notes

First taste, 5/13/12 gravity sample. real grapefruit flavor, the bitterness is a little harsh, surprisingly dry considering the final gravity. Nose was good.

Notes

gravity reading on 5/13 suggests fermentation is complete. check 5/14 if no change in gravity, crash cool to 0 celsius
