Taste Notes

Wouldn't change a thing, except brew it more often! Just tried a Founders Breakfast Stout and it's very similar to our Trolley #7. Damn good beer!

Notes

Yeast was washed from Keitlinghausen Oktoberfest and started with 2 liters of water boiled with 2 cups light DME three days ahead of brewing. Fermentation 60*. SECOND PLACE in PORTER/STOUT flight at 2012 Crawford County Fair. Missed first by 1 point! Judges notes: Too much chocolate per style.
