Best IPA so far
by sexyfuntimebrewingMy best IPA to date. A 'bigger' version of the Fat Yak pale ale. The Nelson and Cascade were to my tastes, perfectly matched in this one. Single Infusion mash at 66-67C. Ferment at 16C.
