Only hit 1.084 after the boil so a fair bit down. pitched 2 packets of re hydrated nottingham 18/7/12 SG 1040 - lost about 1.5 litres through the blow off tube 19/7/12 SG 1020 26/7/12 FG 1014 - Turned temp down to 5c on the fridge 15/8/12 FG 1012 Bottled with half a teaspoon of sugar in each ABV approx 9.5% Would like to try again but fly sparging instead
