BYO use London Ale 1028 Butters - 1275 Thames Valley DrSmurto Ringwood http://brewadelaide.com/forum/index.php?topic=371.20 Butters - Up the bitterness to 30-32IBU. Ran out of maris, so 200g of pale malt. Good brew day, 4g+4g of salts, 75 minute mash. 1.053. Pitched 4/3/12 Bottled 21/3.
