Taste Notes

first brewed may 2011- og ,fg - 1.024 turned out splendidly. bottle fermented first recipe with corn sugar had local bartenders try and they loved it better than guiness # 2 - brew shop had little lactose.. .25 lbs.. so increased caramel crystal to 1.5 lbs to get the sweetness very nice post boil / pre fermenter taste. like dark chocolate with a hint of the milkiness
