Taste Notes

1/18/14: Fruity, great aroma, super hop flavor.

Notes

I don't sparge at all. I mash in with 4.5 gallons. The 75-minute mash is for my convenience, so I can run errands. The wort has a 60 minute boil and the first hops go in at 15 min. The loss of 1/2 gallon is due to the hops and to a leaking bottling spigot. This recipe is adapted from Fred Bonjour's late-hopped Amarillo pale ale: http://wiki.homebrewersassociation.org/AmarilloPaleAleBeerDuJour
