Notes
This is a 5 IMP Gallon (23liter) batch size. Used only bohemian pilsner 2 row malt from ontario beer kegs.
The 4 step pilsner mash creates the most authentic pilsner in my humble opinion, using the same time honoured procedures that this style of beer was founded on.
Bohemian 2-row pilsner malt, Finest quality malt ( from Ontario beer kegs for malt I.D.) allows you to use it single and appreciate it's flavour and character.
Features
Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner Malt
