Taste Notes

Ale Riders Competition (10/2013) - Scored 32/50 (30/34) - It was about 4 months old at this point. Slight oxidation. Not enough caramel/malt aroma. Needs more fruity esters. Needs more body. Beehive Brewoff (08/2013) -Scored 37/50 (37/37) - Too dark. Too carbonated. Ferment cooler.
