Taste Notes

very pungent hop flavor from the simcoe, aroma is also potent, very dry taste with no caramel sweetness mouthfeel is good, the carbonation is a good level I like the hop schedule

Notes

wanted to do a sort of "daytime ipa" but with the hops i had on hand, didnt try anything special on the grist bottled 37x12oz 1/21/13 (kitchen smelled very simcoe-y)
