12-11-13 Pre boil 7.5 Gal SG 1.049 5 Gal into fermenter OG 1.064 Pitched entire 1800ml starter @ 66-68*F Starter made night before , on stir plate 14-15hrs SG approximately 1.036 WLP 008 East Coast Ale Changed sparge from green sprinkler head to latex hose and foil w/holes. Need to control sparge better. Also need to check volumes and change in beer smith . 12-30-13 SG 1.017 4oz hops added to primary Kegged 01-5-14
