Taste Notes

3g, approx. mineola and lemon zest, touch of uggli fruit zest 2g key lime zest 2g dried bitter orange peel (Brewer's Best) 3g crushed coriander seeds 1g carraway seed 1g cardamom kaffir lime leaves, 3 Brewed May 21, 2013. Wyeast 3463 sat atop refrigerator, temp was 82 F. Lid may have been unsealed due to vigorous fermentation. CO2 through airlock was powerful. Room temp down to 68 F on May 23. Airlock bubbled 4 times in 64 seconds
