This is one of the best recipes I've come up with. Although it really is just my house witbier with the OG and IBUs and hop bill tailored to match the info about New Belgian's Accumulation on their website. This is NOT a clone of it, but basically my interpretation of it. I did a head to head taste test and they were very similar, but not dead on. This is also the same grainbill as is in the Pomegranate wit recipe. THIS RECIPE IS MY VERSION OF IT DONE FOR A STOVETOP TOP OFF BATCH, 3.5 GALLONS OF HIGH GRAV WORT DILLUTED TO 5 GALLONS (LIKE YOU WOULD AN EXTRACT BATCH) FOR FULL VOLUME BOILS JUST PLUG IT IN TO YOUR SETUP FOR WHATEVER YOUR PREFERRED PRE-BOIL VOLUME AND STRIKE/SPARGE WATER AMOUNTS ARE.)

Made a 2,5 gallon batch a few months ago, adding one full ounce of mosaic hops (dry-hop). Overall an amazing hop-forward IPA. Something I would do again while changing the hops used in dry-hop (just to experiment as the result was amazing).
