Taste Notes

Accidentaly added warrioir hops at 75 and 70 minutes. Using 3 oz of bitter orange peel and 1 oz of sweet orange peel. Only 1.03 gravity at pre boil...not sure how this will turn out. Looks good at this point-1.071 after boil FG-1.010 Couple problems-wort chiller broke halfway through chill, so ptched yest at around 90 degrees. left in secondary fermenter until 8/29-10 days over what was called for. Positive note-The finished beer tasted good. A little sharp on the hops at the front, but should mellow in the bottle. Good aroma. Overall, seems like a nice hop finish. Looking forward to this one.
