Taste Notes

Very little if no sulfur taste... no woody flavors... slight grassy note but hardly noticable. The raisiny malt aroma and flavor balances this piney bitter hoppiness nicely, almost complimentary... ends medium dry due to the hoppiness of the cascade hops and very flavorful end palate of passionfruit from the galaxy hops. Medium mouthfeel with thick white head retention all the way through to the last drop.

Notes

Final gravity = 1.022 Target gravity = 1.012 OG = 1.056 + .006 points added for honey addition = 1.062
