Taste Notes

3 days of carbonation @ 25-27 PSI Nice carbonation. Keg was bled and Reduced to 10PSI Nice orange color from the Maris Otter. Big citrus aroma, slight alcohol burn aroma. Mouthfeel is OK but could be a little better. Very hop forward. Grassy bitterness upfront. Orange, Pineapple, maybe a little mango on the backend. Hides the 6.5% pretty well.

Mash @ 154 for 70 minutes Fly sparge w/ Pitcher for 6.5 gallons. 11/30 Into fermenter. SG 1.068 12/5: Measured gravity @ 1022 Added 2oz of Citra and 2 oz Galaxy
