Started at 2:40 Water at strike 3:45 Time to move temp up to mash out - starting at 5. 168 at 5:30 Time to sparge: Finished at 5:55 Time to reach boil: Started boil at 5:55 End of boil Time to cool entire batch. Completion time: 8:00 mash settled a bit high at 155. had to do some work to get it down. maybe start at 8 degrees above mash next time. pre boil gravity - 1.072 OG: 1:072
