Notes

First attempt at designing from scratch to match a style. Used what I knew about previous brews to make this one a beer I'd like. Tried to tailor a fermentation schedule to the liquid Wyeast 1272 to bring out some of the specific characteristics, depending on temp. Used 3 different hops to try and give a good, hop flavor w/o being overly bitter - or to yield only one hop's flavor - looking for some complimentary variety.
