Notes

Add package of frozen raspberries to secondary fermenter and rack from primary to secondary. Racked onto fruit after 1 week. Got busy and left on fruit in secondary for 2 weeks. Had LOTS of problems with stuck mash. Had to add lots more rice hulls.

Good summer beer

I brew this one in warmer weather. This is a new version of the recipe. I missed my mash temps and it came out a little astringent. I am looking for feedback on this one, so PLEASE if you brew it post some feedback here. Could use more raspberry flavor.
