REAAAALY bitter wort, hopefully will mellow

Smells amazing After 4 days the SG was 1.015 Again after 8 days SG 1.015 after 2 weeks stable at 1.012 Bottled on the 15/12/13 - drank a bottle flat, very tasty, bitterness has mellowed well
