Taste Notes

Add 8oz unsweetened cocoa. Very balanced when kegged. Creamy without nitro, just co2. Has bread dough aroma, not sourdough. Also mineral taste as well. Will have to taste in one month. Boil wort and cocoa in small pot, added cooled mixture into carboy to get all cocoa sludge.

Notes

Og 1.061 fg. 1.024 roastie. Little sweet.
