Taste Notes

Clean, dry & crisp-Chinook adds a little grassiness that I was not looking for. Maybe the long period of 1st dry hop influenced it.

Notes

I will dry hop it w/ 2 more oz of Citra. When i make this again, I will substitute the chinook w/ maybe Galena or Mosaic.
