Taste Notes

Love this beer. It is close to the 3 Flyods. Would have to taste them side by side to tell the difference. First batch 38-40 point beer. This batch not as good 32 pts Added some DME to increase OG to 1.050 Mash pH 5.4 No sparge water ph adjustment 3/10/12 Ready to keg on 3/11/12 currently doing a DMS rest at 68 deg 3/10/12 Has a slight astringency that previous batch did not have at this point. May be due to not adjusting sparge water. On version 3 try red wheat which is what 3 Floyds uses.
