4 Hour Brew Did Iodine test every 20 Minutes Strike Temperature was too hot 8 Gallon @178 That was not this program this was me estimating. it stabalized at 165 ish. I added 2.5 Gallon to cool it finally stabalized @ 156 4 Gallon @200 to bring it to 165 ish After drain i added 2.5 Gallon water to rinse grain I drew 12 Gallons from the grain I made two beers from it on 5 gallon with ale yeast 1 to clone midas touch Pitched yeast on 8/28/11 Put into secondary on
