Notes

placed all dark grains into 70F water overnight (Friday night and filtered using coffee filter on Sunday). Made 2 liter starter out of 200g of lDME on Friday night, turned the stir plate off on Sunday AM at xx:xx. First runnings: 21 P Final runnings 5 P Added 0.75 of boiled and cooled water to get volume up. Racked to secondary on 11/7, dry hopped. Kegged on 11/16. There was a little extra I put into a growler, dry hopped with ~12 pellets of Simcoe.
