Taste Notes

ph 5,7 temp 1 , 69 ..........15h55 14.7 brix pre-boil 5.7 boil 18h25 15.4 brix apres boil 27 celcius rajouté 8 litre d'eau en plus de la chasse pinte de 10 l , ph avant ferm 5,6 et densité ini 1051 , l'eau aurait du etre 8 degre celcius de pluspour arriver avec le prohramme mais je l'ai mis a 10 de plus et j'ai eu 69 de temps d emash , perte de 1.5 degré en 1heure

An excellent beer , very floral , to try. Not too thin, should be drinked into 4 months , not for aging.
