Notes

50 gr. java mokka tilsættes ved 93 grader under nedkøling af urt Tilsat i 2.fermetering 30 gr. knuste kakaonødder - 1 vaniljestang og 5 gr. engelsk lakrids. Puttes i ca. 1 dl.vodka 4 dl. (70 gram kaffe) friskbrygget Java Mokka tilsættes ved flaskning - flasket 18 Marts - Lækker øl - i starten meget lakridssmag, forsvinder senere og går over i kaffe og kakaodominans.
